Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the reservation are fully refundable to the original method of purchase, and can be managed online through our booking system.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In the event of severe weather (road closures due to snow/ice, severe thunderstorms etc), Wander the Resort will assess the conditions to ensure guest safety. If we determine that we must close our pools and beach for the day, a refund will be provided.
