Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the reservation are fully refundable to the original method of purchase, and can be managed online through our booking system.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours of your scheduled reservation are non-refundable but may be transferred as a credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation are both non-refundable and non-transferable.
In the event of severe weather (road closures due to snow/ice, severe thunderstorms etc), Wander the Resort will assess the conditions to ensure guest safety. If we determine that we must close our pools and beach for the day, a refund will be provided.
